A

You can either come to Tenerife and tie your consultation in with a nice relaxing holiday or we can arrange for a specialist to speak with you in the comfort of your own home.

Q

Why are you based in Tenerife?

A

Our main office is in Tenerife because that is the origin of more than 80% of the timeshare problems we encounter. It helps for us to be at the hub of the industry with access to the best Spanish lawyers who are up-to-date with the latest developments in international contract law.

What’s in it for me?

A

You will receive information from knowledgeable specialists that will enable you to make the correct decision for your future – either to relinquish your timeshare permanently or to keep using it to enjoy holidays.

Q

How do I know I have a valid case?

A

The European Court ruled that any fractional ownership sold after February 2009 is illegal. Therefore you have been mis sold and are entitled to claim for compensation.

Q

What’s the situation with Floating Time?

A

In 2015 the Spanish Supreme Court ruled that floating weeks are null and void as they are not connected to a fixed apartment or fixed calendar dates meaning owners are unable to use or sell their week.

It's been a long road and I've listened to bad advice more times than I care to remember.  I'm so glad I finally found a company that was able to help me with my problems and explained everything clearly.  I'm so gratefull it is over and we have been suitably compensated.
